Score-drop alerts
Get an email when your recent average (or NPS index) drops below a threshold you set.
Pick one or more scales to watch. Leaving none selected watches whatever scale the widget currently collects by default.
CSAT/CES compare the average of the last 20 responses (1–5) against your threshold. NPS compares the -100..100 promoter-minus-detractor index instead. Fewer than 5 recent responses is treated as not enough data yet, so no alert fires.
Once an alert fires for a project, it won't fire again until the cooldown you picked (1-24 hours) has passed — even if the score stays low — so your inbox doesn't get flooded.
Example: set the NPS threshold to 0 — you'll get an email the moment the last-20-responses index (out of the last 20) dips below zero, i.e. detractors start outnumbering promoters.
