Message customization
Write the exact copy your survey invite emails and push notifications will use, with a live preview.
The Email tab edits the subject and body; the Push tab edits the notification title and body. The preview on the right gives you a rough idea of how each looks on web, Android, and iOS — actual rendering varies by mail client and device.
Three variables — {{surveyUrl}}, {{question}}, and {{projectName}} — can go anywhere in the subject or body. At send time they're replaced with that respondent's actual survey link, the configured question text, and the project's name.
"Send test email" sends whatever you've currently typed (even unsaved) to your own inbox — it's independent of the Save button, so you can preview as often as you like.
